SEVERAL major building projects across the county are in line for an award.
A total of 11 projects from Darlington and County Durham have been nominated for awards at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' North-East Renaissance Awards.
The entries include Rest House Pavilion, Shildon; NetPark Institute, Sedgefield; Community Village, West Park, Darlington; Rivergreen Centre, Aykley Heads; Incubator 1, NetPark, Sedgefield; Novus Business Centre, Peterlee; Coleridge Centre, Darlington College; Techno Cafe, Durham University; Beehive, Lingfield Point, Darlington and Masonic Hall, Beamish.
Judges will draw up a shortlist of entries for the eight category awards and the North-East project of the year. Winners will be announced in April.
