CHILDREN have been creating sculptures for their new community park.
The classes were organised by the Pensbury Street Residents Group and Darlington Borough Council.
Community development worker Joanna Scott said: "We're developing the new play area in Pensbury Street so we had the idea of getting the young ones involved.
"The children were making wood carvings, and making 3D models. They were hammering away for ages, and the carvings look great."
