Brian Foster, a manager for learning disability day services at Durham County Council, has been shortlisted for the Dignity in Care honour at the Great North East Care Awards. The council’s Community Floating Support team has been shortlisted for the Home Care Team Award. The regional award winners will be announced on Saturday, November 24, with the national winners announced next year.
