Durham and District Women’s Cancer Support Group will meet in the Education Department Common Room of the University Hospital of North Durham, in Durham City, on Monday (November 12) at 7pm.
FLOWER CLUB: Dunelm Flower Club will hold its Christmas demonstration on Thursday (November 15) at Durham High School for Girls, South Road, Durham, at 7.30pm. National demonstrator Sue Davies, from Cannock, will take the title: White Christmas. Entry costs £5 for members, £8 for guests.
WARD SURGERY: Jennifer Bell and Ed Bell, Durham County Councillors for Deneside, will hold a ward surgery in Eastlea Community Centre on Wednesday (November 14) from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
WEEKEND WALK: Durham Rambling Club will stage two walks around Aysgarth on Sunday, November 18. They will be nine and 12 miles. All are welcome. The cost is £10 per person, including coach travel. For more information, call 07706-871812 or 0191-3733429.
