A MULTIPLE sclerosis sufferer has raised £600 for her local support group.
Grace Lynn, from Durham City, organised two evenings featuring Amanda Britton, who claims to be a medium, which raised £600 for the Durham and District branch of the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society.
Branch chairman Alistair Crisp said: “This was a tremendous effort by our supporters as the £600 will enable our branch to continue with its work of providing practical, emotional and financial support to local people in north Durham unfortunately enough to have multiple sclerosis, this incurable progressive neurological condition that can be desperately disabling.”
