ARCHITECTURAL awards have been presented to the people behind a range of redevelopments in an historic town.
Richmond and District Civic Society recently presented awards in recognition of the standard of some of the developments in Richmond over the past year.
During the society’s annual meeting in the town hall, an award was presented to Richmond-based developers, Randall Orchard Construction, which specialises in redesigning barns and derelict buildings.
Awards were also presented to the architect responsible for the redevelopment of the Board Inn, at Bargate and to Richmond School and the team of professionals who helped redesign the school’s interior.
