Community bus to service North Yorkshire villages
A COMMUNITY mini bus is to serve villages between Leyburn and Bedale offering trips to the weekly markets.
The demand led service will operate on Tuesday and Friday, and must be booked 24 hours in advance.
It’s being run by the Bedale Community Mini bus and will run from Spennythorne, Constable Burton, Hunton, Finghall and Newton Le Willows each Tuesday arriving in Bedale around 10am and departing around 12.30pm.
On Fridays it will run from Bedale through the villages up to Leyburn at the same times. The booking line is open between 9.30am and noon from Monday to Friday. Call 01677-425329.
