PRIMARY school children are sharing their view of the world with patients in a doctor’s surgery on an Army base.
A group of Year 5 children from Colburn Primary School took part in a photography project called Welcome to Our World.
They worked with local photographer Delphine Ruston examining and interpreting a variety of photographs, with the aim of producing a display depicting their own world at school.
The children learned many skills in the art of taking photographs and enjoyed using digital software to collate and edit the display.
The display is now at Harewood Medical Practice, in Catterick Garrison, where it is hoped the photographs and images will be discussed and enjoyed by everyone who visits the surgery.
