COURT: Newton Aycliffe Magistrates' Court
A MAN is facing two charges of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Kyle David Garforth, of Auckland Terrace, Shildon, County Durham, indicated not guilty pleas to both charges when he appeared at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday, April 8).
The offences are said to have occurred in Bishop Auckland on Sunday, November 9, last year.
The case was committed to Durham Crown Court on Wednesday, April 22.
Mr Garforth, 22, received unconditional bail.
