I SEE that yet again in The Northern Echo sports calendar for 2013, there is no mention of Newcastle Racecourse’s big threeday Northumberland Plate meeting held at the end of June.
Of course, it goes without saying that both the Epsom Derby and Royal Ascot are mentioned.
I notice too, that there is no mention in December of Newcastle’s big Fighting Fifth jumps meeting.
There are, of course, mentions for Chepstow and Kempton.
Please sort it out for 2014.
