Tax discs
MOTORISTS whose tax expired on September 30 had since mid-September to renew their road tax online.
Others need do nothing, other than remove their paper disc if they wish, as explained in a DVLA mailing which I received a few weeks ago.
So why was the system overloaded on October 1 with an "unprecedented demand"?
Can anyone explain, because I am baffled?
