World champion boxer Stuart Hall will be a special guest at today's Darlington game.
The Darlington fighter won the IBF World Bantamweight title last weekend when he beat Vusi Malinga in Leeds, and Quakers boss Martin Gray is keen to celebrate Hall's win.
He said: "I personally invited him because I think it's brilliant what he's done, to become a world champion, and he deserves some recognition.
"It's a fantastic achievement for a Darlington lad and he's made the town very proud."
Hall will bring his belt to the match and will be introduced on the pitch during half-time of Darlington's fixture with Salford. He had been due at the Boxing Day game with Wakefield, which was postponed.
