GUSTAVO POYET has made six changes to his Sunderland side for this afternoon's FA Cup quarter-final with Hull City.
Only five players survive from the team that started last weekend's Capital One Cup final, but once again there is no place for Jozy Altidore, with the American axed from the squad completely for the second weekend in succession.
Oscar Ustari replaces Vito Mannone in goal, with Santiago Vergini and Andrea Dossena coming into the back four.
Emmanuele Giaccherini will start on the left-hand side, with Adam Johnson dropping to the bench.
Poyet has also named two centre-forwards in his starting line-up, with Ignacio Scocco partnering Steven Fletcher in attack.
HULL (3-5-2): McGregor; Rosenior, Davies, Chester; Elmohamady, Meyler, Huddlestone, Aluko, Figueroa; Sagbo, Fryatt.
Subs: Harper (gk), Bruce, Faye, Quinn, Henderson, Koren, Boyd.
SUNDERLAND (4-4-2): Ustari; Bardsley, O'Shea, Vergini, Dossena; Larsson, Cattermole, Colback, Giaccherini; Fletcher, Scocco.
Subs: Mannone (gk), Celustka, Cuellar, Bridcutt, Ki, Johnson, Borini.
