SUNDERLAND boss Gustavo Poyet has named a strong side for his team's final game of the season against Swansea City.
There are just two changes from the side that has started the club's last five matches, with Phil Bardsley and Liam Bridcutt coming into the starting XI.
Bardsley replaces Marcos Alonso, who is poised to complete a permanent move from Fiorentina this summer as his loan deal comes to an end, and is expected to start on the left-hand side of the back four.
Bridcutt comes in for Lee Cattermole, who picked up a knock during the closing stages of Wednesday's crucial 2-0 win over West Brom.
The victory over the Baggies guaranteed Sunderland's Premier League survival, but today's result will determine where the Black Cats finish, with anywhere between 12th and 17th still possible.
SUNDERLAND (4-1-4-1): Mannone; Vergini, O'Shea, Brown, Bardsley; Bridcutt; Johnson, Larsson, Colback, Borini; Wickham.
Subs: Ustari (gk), Celustka, Ba, Giaccherini, Mavrias, Agnew, Altidore.
SWANSEA (4-5-1): Tremmel; Tiendalli, Amat, Bartley, Taylor; Routledge, Fulton, Shelvey, Dyer, Emnes; Bony.
Subs: Cornell (gk), Williams, Davies, Britton, de Guzman, King, Vazquez.
